My way
I accompany women and teenagers through searching, coping and growth, through art, nature, conversation and creative tools.
Sometimes words aren't enough, or their time hasn't come yet. Material, colour, the body and the natural world can open another way of meeting what is happening inside.
I believe in spaces that are safe, open and alive, where you can feel, create, ask and change at your own pace.
